Having said that, they are now available as optional features.<\/p>\n<h5>Email<\/h5>\n<p>Email remain the primary channel of communications. The biggest advantage of using email for keeping in touch with customers and users is its ZERO cost of usage. Additionally, it is easy and convenient to include more information and details in email.<\/p>\n<h5>WhatsApp and SMS<\/h5>\n<p>They are now available as extra options and improved flexibility to send alerts and notifications to your customers and users. Compared to email, shorter messages shall be sent here.
