Wamp Multimedia Sdn Bhd was established in 2003. We are an enterprise IT solution provider delivering business solutions on the cloud. We were awarded the Malaysia MSC status in 2004, and is a certified ISV for MSC Malaysia Cloud Computing Initiative since 2014.

Under the initiative of Customer-Ticket.com, we provide cloud-based ticket helpdesk solutions as SaaS (software as a service). Running totally from the cloud, our clients can deploy our solutions without any investments in hardware or software, and the whole business solution is available via smartphones, tablets, any mobile devices or computers, anywhere, anytime. Our ticket helpdesk solution is a mobile-friendly platform where customer service officers can collaborate to resolve customer problems, enhance customer service, boost service responsiveness and at the same time provides real-time reports and analytics for service quality improvement. With licensed manufacturing facilities for CD, DVD media disc replication, silkscreen printing and offset printing and packaging productions in Malaysia, Wamp Multimedia Sdn Bhd has been serving our local and international clients in mass producing optical discs that meet international standards. To support the optical media business, our post-production studio team offers design and multimedia services for annual report design and compilation, video format conversions, multimedia conceptualization and creation, corporate photography, DVD encoding and authoring for corporate, entertainment and technology clients.
